CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Virginia Women’s soccer team will host the University of North Carolina, Greensboro in a second round game in the 2000 NCAA Women’s Soccer Championships Saturday (Nov. 11) at 7:00 p.m. at Kl?ckner Stadium. UNC-Greensboro won the right to face the Cavaliers after defeating William & Mary, 3-2, in double overtime Wednesday night (Nov. 8) in an NCAA first round game.

Virginia holds a 5-0 all-time record against the Spartans, and has outscored UNC-Greensboro 19-2 in those five contests. The schools have not played since 1993.

Tickets to Saturday’s game will be $7 general admission, and $5 for students of Virginia and UNC-Greensboro, children 12 and under, and senior citizens (60 years and older). Gates will open at 6:00 p.m.
