WaHOOOO Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 8oz. pkg cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups hot sauce (Texas Pete works well)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
  • Sliced jalapeos (optional)
  • Large bag of blue corn chips

Boil chicken and shred, set aside. Spread cream cheese evenly in bottom of an 8×8 baking dish. Spread shredded chicken on top of cream cheese. Combine hot sauce and butter in pan, melt over medium heat. Pour hot sauce/butter mixture over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until heated throughout. Serve with blue corn chips and your favorite tailgate beverage.

Optional: Kick up the heat by topping the dish with fresh or pickled jalapeno slices.
