Former #UVAMSOC player Eric Bird scored his first goal of the season for Rio Grande Valley FC of the United Soccer League on Saturday (April 29). The goal in the eighth minute was the fastest goal in club history (watch it here). The Toros went on to defeat Energy FC, 3-0 and improved to 3-3 on the season.
