CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. –The No. 4 Virginia women’s soccer team (7-1-0, 0-1-0 ACC) continues ACC play on the road Sunday, taking on No. 12 Duke (8-1-1, 2-0-0 ACC) in a 2 p.m. contest at Koskinen Stadium.

It is the second match of a three-match ACC road trip for the Cavaliers who will continue ACC play on the road Thursday evening at Virginia Tech.

• Laurel Ivory surrendered only her second goal of the season and made three saves
• Alexa Spaanstra led the Cavaliers with five shots, while Taryn Torresnotched four shots
• It was the first overtime match of the season for UVA and the first time UVA failed to score
 
THE SERIES WITH DUKE
• Virginia and Duke have faced off 43 times with UVA holding a 21-15-7 lead in the series
• The Blue Devils have won three straight in the series, including two 1-0 victories last season
