CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. –  Virginia diving senior Sydney Dusel (Naperville, Ill.) and sophomore Walker Creedon (Cary, N.C.) will compete at the USA Diving National Winter Championships at the Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center in Minneapolis, Minn.

Diving Schedule:
Thursday, Dec. 19 – Men’s 3m Dive | Women’s Platform
Friday, Dec. 20 – Women’s 3m Dive | Men’s Platform
Saturday, Dec. 21 – Men’s 3m Dive Final | Women’s Platform Final | Men’s 1m Dive
Sunday, Dec. 22 – Women’s 3m Dive Final | Men’s Platform Final | Women’s 1m Dive

The Meet
• Two Cavaliers will compete at the USA Diving Winter National Championships.
• Dusel will dive on both the 1m and 3m boards.
• Creedon will compete on the platform.
• The meet will serve as a selection event for the 2020 FINA World Cup.

 The Cavaliers
• Dusel was the 2019 ACC runner-up on the 3m board. The senior set a UVA record on the 1m board, recording a mark of 335.00 at last year’s Navy Diving Invite.
• Creedon captured a top-25 finish at the 2019 NCAA Championships in the platform. The sophomore finished third in the event at last season’s Zone A Diving Championships.
