CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Virginia men’s lacrosse team will take on Maryland in a rematch of the 2021 national championship at Audi Field in Washington D.C. on Saturday, March 19. Opening faceoff is set for 3 p.m. on Big Ten Network.

Big Ten Network’s men’s lacrosse coverage is led by Joe Beninati (play-by-play) and Mark Dixon (analyst).

In last year’s national championship, the Cavaliers captured the program’s seventh NCAA title with a 17-16 triumph over Maryland at Rentschler Field (East Hartford, Conn.).

This year’s rematch between Virginia and the Terrapins marks the first collegiate men’s lacrosse game to be played at Audi Field. Virginia and Maryland’s men’s soccer teams have gone head-to-head at Audi Field three times (2018-19, 21).
