• Three-time Conference 11 champion, four-time Region 5A/5B champion and Virginia senior state champion in the 1000-yard freestyle
• Virginia Senior State runner-up in the 1650-yard freestyle as a junior and senior and runner-up in the 1000-yard freestyle as a senior
• Four-time MVP and varsity letter winner with Douglas Freeman High School
• Named to Virginia All-Star team as a sophomore, junior and senior year
• Swam for NOVA of Virginia Aquatics
