• Wrestled at 197 pounds, posting a 15-17 record
• Claimed the championship at the Clarion Open (11/6) to open the season
• Claimed the championship at the U.S. Collegiate Championship (2/19)
• Went 2-2 at the ACC Championships with decisions over John Rizzo (Pitt) and Luke
   Fairnaro (Duke)
• Also defeated both Fairnaro and Rizzo in the regular season meetings

2015-16
• Redshirt season
• Wrestled at the NWCA Classic in an unattached capacity
• Posted a 4-2 record after wrestling at the Hokie Open (11/8) unattached
• Finished sixth at the Hokie Open
• Also competed at the Wolfpack Open

2014-15
• Was 10-12 at 197 pounds during freshman season
• Took runner-up honors at Lock Haven Inviational (12/29)
• Scored three wins at Shorty Hitchcock Memorial (1/18)
• Competed in his first UVa dual on Nov. 24 against eventual NCAA runner-up Kyle Snyder
  (Ohio State)
• Named to ACC Academic Honor Roll

HIGH SCHOOL
• Four-time Georgia state champion
• Won state title at 189 pounds his freshman year, then won three straight 220
  championships
• Posted 191-2 record in high school
• Coached by Kendal Love at Commerce High
• Won Greco national championship at Fargo (2013)
• Named Freestyle All-American at Fargo (2013)
• Placed third at NHSCA Championship as freshman
• Also played football (linebacker/fullback) for four years
• Was all-state linebacker his junior and senior seasons and was named the region’s
  Defensive Player of the Year in 2013
• Was four-time all-region selection at linebacker
