2020 ACC Men's Basketball Tournament

The 2020 ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament is being held at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, N.C. In order to expedite the ticketing process and give donors as much advance notice to make travel plans and, if necessary, find other ticket sources if our demand exceeds supply, we will open the sale to VAF donors in waves based upon priority points.

The top 300 donors in priority point order will first be awarded the opportunity to request and purchase tickets beginning Tuesday, January 7. We will continue to offer tickets in waves until we have exhausted the available ticket allotment.

Please see below for important details on the seating process:

• Donors in the first wave (top 300 ranked donors) are able to request and purchase tickets and book hotel accommodations in the Virginia room block beginning on Tuesday, January 7 with an order deadline of Sunday, January 12.
• If tickets remain, a second wave will be offered beginning Tuesday, January 14. We will continue to offer tickets in waves until we have exhausted the available allotment.
• Each ticket book will include a general admission ticket for Tuesday’s opening session.
• The Virginia ticket allotment includes seats in end zone sections 102-104 in the lower level and sections 203-205 in the upper level.  Click here to view the Greensboro Coliseum seating map.
• The cost for a lower level ticket book including all sessions is $598. Upper level ticket books are priced at $498 for lower rows and $398 for higher rows.
• All seating will be assigned in 2019 Virginia Athletics Foundation priority point order. The cutoff to qualify for tickets will be based on overall demand.
• In order to be eligible to purchase tickets, a donor’s 2019 gift and any other outstanding pledge balances must be paid in full by the end of the request period.
• Donors may request a maximum number of tickets based on 2019 giving level:

  Hotel, Transportation and Special Event Information
  As in 2019, all UVA ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament hotel reservations will be handled online by Vroomz, the official hotel reservation service for the ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament. The O. Henry Hotel, located approximately 10 minutes from the Greensboro Coliseum, will host the team and the Virginia Athletics Foundation for the 2019 ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament. An additional block of rooms will also be avalialble at the Hilton Garden Inn in Greensboro.
