Adam Nelson

Nelson is the current world champion after taking the title in Helsinki in 2005. The 2006 USA Outdoor Champion, Nelson was the 2000 and 2004 Olympic silver medalist after winning the US Olympic Trials in both of those years. Nelson was also the 2003 and 2001 World Outdoor silver medalist and was a two-time USA Outdoor champion (2000 and 2002). He is currently serving as a volunteer assistant coach with the track and field team.
