Carielle Doe

Track & Field Volunteer Assistant Coach-Sprints
Position

Carielle Doe, the reigning ACC Champion in the 400-meter dash, returns to Charlottesville as an assistant coach for the Cavalier program. In 2003, Doe won the ACC title and qualified for the NCAA East Regional. She also scored in the 200-meter dash at the ACC Outdoor meet. She ranks third all-time at Virginia in the 400m and eighth all-time in the 200m dash and is one of only two athletes to rank in the top-eight at Virginia in both the 200 and the 400.

Doe graduated from Virginia in May of 2003 with a degree in psychology. In addition to her coaching responsibilities with the track and field team, she is also interning with WVIR-TV in Charlottesville, Va.
