Priority Deadline-April 24 (March 18 to take advantage of the Four Month Payment Plan option-see below)

For priority, please place your season ticket order by April 24. Orders not received by this date will be considered late and subject to possible seat relocation or cancellation. Until March 18, those who held season tickets last year may renew online or by phone. At the end of March, an application will be mailed, as usual, to those who held season tickets last year that have yet to renew at that point.

Season Ticket Four Month Payment Plan option

For season ticket orders received by March 18, total payment may be spread over 4 months. If you held season tickets last year, simply place your season ticket order online or by phone, list the credit card to be charged and it will be automatically charged for 4 equal payments at the beginning of April, May, June and July. For any questions regarding the Four Month Payment Plan option, call the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office at 1-800-542-8821.

Priority Assigned Seating

For 2009, all customers will be renewed into the same seats held in 2008 as long as the ticket application is received by the April 24 deadline and, for those seats associated with a VAF donation, the level of giving has been maintained. The priority seating plan will next be revisited prior to the 2011 season.

Additional Seating

Additional season tickets orders are welcomed. Seating for additional season tickets will be based first on VAF priority and then on a date-received basis. The ability to accommodate additional season tickets near current season tickets depends on your priority and the availability of seats once at your priority in the seating process.

Faculty/Staff Seating

Full-time University of Virginia faculty and staff are eligible to purchase a maximum of two discounted season tickets. For 2009, all customers will be renewed into the same seats held in 2008 as long as the ticket application is received by the April 24 deadline and, for those seats associated with a VAF donation, the level of giving has been maintained. Those faculty and staff paying the discounted rate and not donating to VAF will remain seated in the sections noted on the seating diagram.

Seating Requests

Seating requests may be made in the online comments box, by phone to a customer service representative or attached to your order form if returned by mail. The ability to handle your request is dependent on attrition and your priority point standing. Each request is reviewed, but the volume of requests does not make personal consultation feasible. Decisions are made according to the best judgment of the Athletics Ticket Office and/or Virginia Athletics Foundation staff.
