CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Virginia senior forward Anthony Gill (High Point, N.C.) has been selected by the National Association for Basketball Coaches (NABC) to play in the 2016 Reese’s Division I College All-Star Game. Gill, a two-time All-ACC selection, concluded his three-year UVA career ranked No. 33 on the school’s all-time scoring list with 1,222 points in 108 games.

The event features 20 of the top seniors in the country, and breaks the players up based on geographic location. Gill joins fellow ACC players Trey Lewis (Louisville), Damion Lee (Louisville) and James Robinson (Pitt) on the East squad.

Gill averaged 11.3 points and 5.5 rebounds during his three years in Charlottesville. He earned a pair of All-ACC third-team selections and was named to the All-ACC Defensive Team in 2015.

The game, coached by former NBA coaches Doug Collins (East) and John Lucas (West), will be played Friday, April, 1 2016 at 4:30 p.m. CT in Houston, site of this year’s NCAA Division I Men’s Final Four, and televised Saturday afternoon on CBS Sports at 1 p.m. ET.
