Reunion, Fla. – The Virginia women’s golf team remained in ninth place after the second round of play at the ANNIKA Intercollegiate in Reunion, Fla. The Cavaliers shot 3-under 285 on Monday for a 36-hole total of 4-under 572. UCLA owns the overall lead at 551.

UVA sophomore Anna Redding (Concord, N.C.) posted her lowest score as a collegiate, shooting 4-under 68, to lead UVA. She moved up to 16th place at 4-under 140 after two days of competition.

Senior Lauren Diaz-Yi (Thousand Oaks, Calif.) dropped back to 20th place after shooting 1-under 71. She enters Tuesday’s final round at 3-under 141.

Sophomores Katharine Patrick (Houston, Texas) and Morgan Gonzales (Chandler, Ariz.) are tied for 36th place at 2-over 146. Patrick shot 74 during the second round while Gonzales finished with a 73.

Also shooting 73 was UVA junior Sarah Kolodzik (Bellbrook, Ohio). That matched her low 18-hole score as a collegian. She finished the day in 60th place at 10-over 154.
