Director of Athletics Carla Williams and several student athletes, including members of the women’s soccer, women’s tennis, softball, football, baseball and men’s basketball teams, volunteered at a Boys and Girls Club of Charlottesville Celebration of Service event on Wednesday. Graham Hays of ESPN.com takes a look at the recovery of former #UVAWSOC standout Morgan Brian. The team’s youngest player in the 2015 World Cup, but just three years later, she won’t take anything for granted leading up to the 2019 tournament as Injuries have slowed her for both club and country over the past 18 months.
