Congratulations to former @UVAFB standout Eli Harold who signed a one-year deal with the Buffalo Bills yesterday. Harold, who was a free agent, played outside linebacker last season for the Detroit Lions.
 

It’s a Celebration

Charlottesville has been making news this week almost as much for something they didn’t do as what they did do. The celebrations throughout the town on Monday night after the Cavaliers won the NCAA title were mostly peaceful. This is gathering national interest, from the likes of the PBS News Hour, to this article from the Daily Progress that has been picked up by several national outlets. When asked why Charlottesville was able to celebrate peacefully when so many other towns have errupted in violence after a win, delegate David Toscano, had this answer, “I guess we’re just exceptional.”
