World Class Hoo

Former #UVATFCC Cavalier Jordan Lavender has been selected to represent the U.S. at the IAAF World Relays Yokohama 2019. The selection for the U.S. World Relays roster was the first for Lavender as she looks to help the U.S. capture its fourth consecutive win. The IAAF World Relays Yokohama 2019 will be held May 11-12 and will feature the men’s and women’s 4x100m, 4x200m and 4x400m, a mixed-gender 4x400m (which will make its Olympic debut 2020), a shuttle hurdle relay and a 2x2x400m.

Record Setting Hoo

Congratulations to #UVASB senior Lacy Smith, who broke th single-season home run record on Tuesday night at JMU. The blast surpassed a 17-year-old mark set by Kristen Dennis in 2002. You can watch the HR here.
