Congratulations to former #UVARow-er Kristine O’Brien who won a silver medal at the World Rowing Cup I in Plovdiv, Bulgaria this weekend as a member of the U.S. women’s four.

The UVA Medical Alumni Association magazine “Vitals” profiled the sports medicine team behind getting Virginia student-athletes on the field. Bobby Chhabra, MD and Winston Gwathmey have worked closely with the UVA baseball team in recent years and they talk about their relationship with athletic trainer Brian McGuire and some of the current members of the baseball team.
