@UVAFH assistant coach and three-time US Olympian Rachel Dawson is trying to help people find new ways to work out in the time of social distancing and, for some, quarantine. Dawson is using her Instagram to offer people workout ideas. As a field hockey player, many of these involve a stick and ball, but not all of them. Some of them (like the above) involve climbing a mountain, but most are more apartment-centric. So feel free to give her a follow for more ideas and inspiration.
