Huge congratulations to @UVAFootball’s Bryce Hall and @UVAFieldHockey’s Anzel Viljoen who got engaged in a socially-distant moment shared by some friends and teammates on Grounds yesterday. You can watch the moment on the second slide of the Instagram post above. In addition to being an All-Region player for the field hockey team, Viljoen was also UVA’s 2019-20 SAAC President. Hall was selected in the fifth round of last week’s NFL Draft byt the New York Jets.

Former Cavalier pitcher Chris Marinak, who is the current Executive Vice President, Strategy, Technology/Innovation at MLB, is hopeful to play close to a full season in 2020. More in this article in the Daily News Record.

The former Oriole reliever spoke with NBC Washington about his upcoming season.
