#HoosYourHero
I want to take the time to thank everybody who has been on the front-lines fighting COVID-19, and I want to especially thank UVA’s very own Dr. MacKnight. Thank you for all you have done to help keep everyone safe #HoosYourHero pic.twitter.com/DEMn7Gdekd

@UVAFootball’s Vinnie Vladic is keeping with a recent trend of thanking frontline workers who work directly with our student-athletes to keep them safe.
#HoosWithTrophies?
Both @TexasBaseball and @UVABaseball were elite run prevention outfits, as both ranked in the national top five in ERA and fielding percentage. Who walks away with the win?

Normally at this time of year, the College World Series would be in full swing. In its absence, NCAA Baseball is running a bracket of the top 32 CWS teams (since 1999) to determine a virtual champion. The 2014 national runners-up are the 25-seed in the tourney, going up against a tough 8-seed in Texas in the first round. D1Baseball breaks down the match-up here. Click on the Tweet above to vote. The poll closes this morning so don’t delay. (Note: the 2015 NCAA Champion team is actually seeded even lower, just cracking the bracket at No. 31. They will take on the No. 2 overall team the 1999 Miami team, in a later poll).
