#MusicalInterlude
We’re going to ease you into your week with this musical interlude courtesy of @UVAFootball’s Justin Zollar.

"You're literally being dropped in the deep end of a swimming pool and it's like you've gotta learn how to swim quick or you're gonna sink."#GoHoos Courtney Petersen (@courttt_lynn) is set to make her pro debut with @ORLPride in the NWSL Challenge Cup: https://t.co/K9Q6EAY5TM pic.twitter.com/ITS6nR17t5

Former @UVAWomensSoccer player Courtney Petersen, the seventh overall pick in the 2020 NWSL Draft, is set to make her debut with the Orlando Pride when the Challenge Cup begins next week. The former UVA defender talked with CBS19’s Danielle Stein about the preseason transition, playing alongside former UVA teammates Emily Sonnett and Phoebe McClernon and looking forward to the start of the season.
Hoos on the Move
Technically, she probably didn’t have to move, since she is taking a job right here in Charlottesville, but congratulations to former @UVAFieldHockey player and May 2020 UVA graduate Colleen Norair who has been named the head field hockey coach at The Covenant School. Read John Harvey of the Daily Progress’ profile of Coach Norair here.
