Moving On
Former @UVABaseball standout Brandon Guyer announced his retirement yesterday. Guyer, a seven-year MLB veteran, was a member of Cleveland’s AL Champion team that lost to the Chicago Cubs in the 2016 World Series, and, as this story from Cleveland.com points out, was “hit by pitches more frequently than any batter in the history of baseball, has announced his retirement from the game.” Click on the link to read more about his career.
