Home Sweet Home
Today’s update on @UVAMensLax alum Chris Bocklet is the best one yet. Bocklet suffered a brain injury on New Years Day. US Lacrosse has a great feature on what happened and the somewhat miraculous path of recovery he has been on. As you can see from the post above, he is back home now to continue his rehab.
Hoos Making an Impact
Nice article here about the impact that @UVAMensHoops’ De’Andre Hunter is having on the Atlanta Hawks. A little teaser for you: “Hunter has quickly developed into one of the most versatile wings in the league. He does so many different things for the Hawks that there’s no way to replace the 6-foot-8 forward when he sits.”
The 2020-21 dress down season has been a topic of discussion in men’s basketball this season. The prevailing opinion is that most coaches do not miss coats and ties. Bennett Conlin chats with several, including Tony Bennett, on the topic in this Daily Progress article.
