Tomorrow, @UVABaseball alum Chris Taylor is hosting a concert to raise money for pediatric cancer. The concert, headlined by Brad Paisley, will be a virtual event. You can purchase tickets, make a donation and find out more details here.
Here is the blurb from the event’s website with a few more details: Join us for a unique evening of virtual entertainment on Friday, March 26, 2021, from 8 to 10 p.m. (EDT). Home Run for Hope, hosted by Chris Taylor of the Los Angeles Dodgers, is a one-night-only evening of music, giveaways, and celebrity auction items that will include intimate performances by Brad Paisley, Jake Owen, and Scotty McCreery, along with some very special surprise guests. All proceeds will benefit Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters and Roc Solid Foundation in support of the fight against pediatric cancer.

The USWNT is continuing its preparation for the Olympic Games with friendlies against Sweden and France in Europe in early April and former UVA women’s soccer players Becky Sauerbrunn and Emily Sonnet continue to be a presence on the roster as they were called up for service this week. Play begins against Sweden on April 10.
