Courtney Petersen came up big for her Orlando Pride team on Sunday night to keep her squad unbeaten in NWSL action. The former UVA defender drilled a shot across the goal and into the upper 90 in the 90th minute to tie the game with Racing Louisville FC. The Pride even captured an excited celebration between Petersen and Orlando/UVA teammate Phoebe McClernon. You can read about the match and Petersenβs thoughts here.

The story of the weekend was @UVABaseball’s 6-0 win in the opener of the College World Series. There were a lot of familiar faces in the stands of TD Ameritrade Park, but this is one of our favorite crowd shots of the day. Hoos supporting Hoos always makes us happy!
