Welcome Back!
@UVAWomensHoops alumna (and soon to be double Hoo) Jocelyn Willoughby made a triumphant return to the court on Saturday night for the New York Liberty. Willoughby missed all of last season with an Achilles injury. She chose to come back to Charlottesville to rehab the injury and complete the second year of her two-year master’s program. The hard work for both paid off as she was in the starting lineup in the team’s season-opener, scoring 13 points with five rebounds. Check out the full recap here.

We LOVE this piece that was making the social media rounds on Friday. @UVAMensGolf and professional golfer Denny McCarthy was getting his shots up with @UVAMensHoops alum Anthony Gill. Or should we say BURYING his shots. Gill was more than a little impressed.
