• Led the Cavaliers at the Virginia Invite, finishing third at the meet with a time of 17:20.2
• Placed sixth at the Wolfpack Invite and was the second Cavalier to cross the finish line

• Competed in the 5000m at the ACC Championships
• Recorded a career-best time in the 5000m  at the David Hemery Valentine Invitational with a time of 16:39.07
• Ran a career-best time of 9:53.78 in the 3000m at the Navy Invitational

2019 Cross Country 
• Was the Cavaliers’ No. 2 runner at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships
• Led Virginia at the Cavalier Classic, Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational and Under Armour Pre-National Invitational
• Was the third UVA runner to cross the finish line at the ACC Championships
• Ran a career-best time of 21:06.0 at the Under Armour Pre-National Invitational

2019 Outdoor 
• Captured a career-best time in the 10000m at the ACC Championships, finishing ninth with a time of 35:19.66
• Ran a time of 4:33.45, a career-best, at the Virginia Grand Prix
• Finished first in the 5000m at the William & Mary Triangular, recording a career-best time of 17:09.25
• Recognized to the ACC Academic Honor Roll

2019 Indoor 
• Competed in the 5000m run at the ACC Championships, finishing 25th in the event
• Recorded a career-best time in the mile at the Liberty Flames Invite, recording a time of 5:07.62

• Finished 65th at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships, finishing as the Cavaliers’ fifth runner
• Placed 95th at the ACC Championships
• Finished 87th at the Coast-to-Coast Battle Beantown

• Recorded a career-best run in the 5000m (17:30.92) at the Virginia Challenge
• Finished third in the 5000m at the Fred Hardy Invitational

2017 Cross Country 
• Recorded a time of 21:59.1 at the Southeast Regional Championships, placing 60th at the meet
• Captured a season-best performance a the ACC Championships, running a time of 21:24.7

• Was a three-year letter winner in cross country and indoor track and field and was a two-year letter winner in outdoor track and field
• Earned the cross country Top Runner Award in 2014, 2015 and 2016 in addition to being named the cross country Conference Runner of the Year in 2015 and 2016
• Holds two cross country course records, the indoor 1600m school record and the indoor and outdoor 3200m school record
• Captured the conference championships in 2015 and 2016 in cross country
• Earned conference championship in the 1600m and 3200m indoor races in 2016 and 2017 and the outdoor 1600m and 3200m in 2016
• Was a four-year letter winner in soccer, earning all-conference in 2016, the Unsung Hero Award in 2014, the Hustle Award in 2015 and the Sportsmanship Award in 2016
• Named high school soccer team captain in 2016 and 2017
