INTERNATIONAL

  • Member of the Saudi Arabia Davis Cup team, having represented the nation in 2014 and then from 2017-present
  • Has a 15-2 record in Davis Cup singles matches and a 5-4 record in doubles
  • Most recently competed in the Group IV Asia Oceania ties played Sept. 11-14, 2019 in Amman, Jordan, going 3-0 in singles and 2-1 in doubles
  • Played in a showcase exhibition match against Michael Mmoh at the $3 million Diriyah Tennis Cup presented by Saudi Aramco on December 14, 2019, at the 15,000-seater Diriyah Arena in Riyadh. Held on the outskirts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the three-day Diriyah Cup tournament welcomed eight leading ATP players all ranked in the top-35 to the first professional tennis tournament ever to be staged in Saudi Arabia (release)

  • Was the only unseeded player to advance to the quarterfinals in singles of the ITA Atlantic Regional in the fall. Was ousted in the quarters by teammate and eventual champion Ryan Goetz (10/19)
  • Advanced to the quarterfinals in doubles of the ITA Atlantic Regional, partnering with Ryan Goetz (10/20)

2018-19

  • Won the A-Doubles flight at the Richmond Invitational in the fall while partnering with William Woodall (Oct. 7)
  • Finished the fall with an 8-7 record in singles

2017-18

  • Played in Davis Cup World Group III Asia/Oceana for Saudia Arabia, going 2-2 in singles and 0-1 in doubles, helping his nation win the relegation playoff match against Cambodia to remain in Group III for 2019 (4/8)
  • Finished the season with 12 singles wins and 11 doubles victories
  • Made his collegiate debut in prequalifying at the Saint Francis ITA All-American, downing Arkansas’ Alex Reco 6-1, 6-2 in the consolation tournament to pick up his first collegiate victory (Sept. 30)
  • Went 3-1 in doubles with partner Aswin Lizen at the Farnsworth Invitational, winning the A-draw consolation bracket (Oct. 8)
  • Competed in singles and doubles at the ITA Atlantic Regional, advancing to the Round of 32 in singles and the Round of 16 in doubles (Oct. 23)
  • Went 5-5 in singles and 5-3 in doubles in the fall
