• Volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn., and then continued her work with children during her time at Duke by volunteering at the Duke University Children’s Hospital
• Also mentored an ESL class at the Durham School of the Arts
• Competed in Irish step dancing in high school
• Enjoys hiking, baking and photography
• Chose UVA for its career-oriented graduate programs and the opportunity to join an elite and motivated team
• Pursuing a master’s degree in Counselor Education
