• Received team’s Coach’s Award for Excellence for indoor season

2019 Cross Country 
• Won the Cavalier Classic, opening the season with a 8k time of 24:25.9
• Named ACC Performer of the Week for performance at the Cavalier Classic
• Recorded a career-best 8k time of 24:19.7 at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational
• Finished top-10 at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational, placing ninth overall
• Was the fourth Cavalier to cross the finish line at the Virginia/Panorama Farms Invitational and Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational

2019 Outdoor 
• Finished 16th at the ACC Championships in the 5000m
• Placed fourth in the 5000m at the Virginia Grand Prix
• Recorded a season-best time of 3:55.65 in the 1500m at the Virginia Challenge and a season-best time of 14:12.57 in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays

2019 Indoor 
• Finished 20th in the 5000m and 25th in the 3000m at the ACC Championships
• Ran a season-best in the mile at the Nittany Lion Challenge, recording a time of 4;14.53  for 10th place
• Captured a season-best time of 8:13.81 in 3000m at the Dr. Sander Columbia Challenge to place 10th

2018 Cross Country 
• Finished 39th at the NCAA Southeast Regional Cross Country Championships, running a time of 31:02.5 and finish the race as the team’s fifth scoring runner
• Placed 52nd at the ACC Championships with an 8k time of 24:47.6
• Finished 22nd at the Pen State National open, helping the Cavaliers finish first in the meet.
