• Was the 2017 300m hurdles Virginia High School League 6A State Champion in addition to earning the 2017 indoor and outdoor 6A title in the 4x400m, setting a record with both 4x400m relay teams 
• Named to the Chesapeake Scholar-Athlete Superintendent’s team from 2014-17
• Recognized as a 2014 New Balance National Indoor Track and Field Freshman All-American in the 400m 
• Was the Virginia High School League 6A South Regional Champion in the 400m (2015), the conference champion in the 200m (2016) and the state champion in the 4x400m (2016)
• Recognized on the all-conference indoor and outdoor track and field teams, the south all-region indoor and outdoor teams, and the all-state indoor and outdoor teams all four seasons
• Earned Amateur Athletic Union All-American Outdoor Track and Fields honors from 2014-16
• Named team captain in 2017 and the Male Academic Athlete of the Year in 2012 and 2013
