2024 Outdoor
• Ran 1:50.27 over 800m at the Virginia High Performance meet
• Competed in the 4x800m at Penn Relays, the relay placed third
• Took second in the 800m at the Virginia Grand Prix, also competing in the 4x400m relay
• Set a new personal best in the 1500m at Raleigh Relays
• Opened the outdoor season with the 4x400m relay at the Virginia Opener

2024 Indoor
• Named to the All-ACC Academic team, on the pre-commerce track
• Helped the DMR to a third-place result at the NCAA Indoor Championships
• Ran the 800 meters for the record-setting DMR at the Aransas Qualifier 
• Raced to a personal best in the 800m( 1:49.10) at the Boston College Eagle Elite Invitational
• Ran for a first and new PB of 2:23.36 in the 1000m at the Penn State National Open
• Helped Virginia to a win in the DMR at the Virginia Tech Invitational
• Made his UVA debut with a win in the 1000 meters at the Liberty Kickoff

Background
• Second in the 800 meters at the 2023 New Balance Indoor Nationals with a PB time of 1:48.46
• Sixth at Nike Outdoor Nationals in the 800 meter run
• Clocked a personal best in the 800 meters at the Brooks PR invitational with a time of 1:49.84
• Posted a personal best in the 1600 meters at the AHSAA State Track and Field 4A-7A with his time of 4:07.33
