• Placed third in both the 4x400m and 800m events at the Virginia Grand Prix
• Ran a personal best over 1500m at Raleigh Relays with a time of 4:23.62
• Took home the gold in both the 1500m and 4x400m relay at the Virginia Opener
2024 Indoor
• Named to the All-ACC Academic team, pursuing a masters in commerce
• Participated in the record-setting DMR at the ACC Indoor Championships, competing in the individual 800m as well
• Ran 2:05.52 over 800m at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational
• Aided the Virginia DMR in their third place finish at the Eagle Elite meet
• Raced for second and a new personal best of 2:05.25 in the 800m at the Doc Hale VT Elite Meet
