• Ran the 1500m at the Virginia High Performance meet
• Doubled in the 800 and 1500m at the Virginia Challenge

2024 Indoor 
• Hit a personal-best in the mile at the Penn State National Open, doubling in the 600m
• Made his Virginia indoor track and field debut running the DMR at the Virginia Tech Invitational
• Ran in the mile and 600m at the Penn State National Open

2023 Cross Country
• Placed 29th at 2023 Spider Alumni Open
• Competed at XC23 Pre-National at Panorama Farms

At Division III Rochester:
2022
• Named USTFCCCA All-American after finishing in 21st place (25:25.5) at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships
• Earned runner-up finish at the NCAA Niagara Region Championship, posting a time of 25:07.2, being named to the All-Niagara Region team
• Led UR with seven race appearances and a 95.6 win-loss percentage against opposing runners
• Had six top-25 results and five top-5’s…Finished fifth and earned 1st Team All-UAA accolades at the UAA Championships in late October
• 8K personal-best of 24:47.9 at the Lehigh University Paul Short Run
• Finished first at Houghton Highlander Short Course and was runner-up at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational two weeks later
• UAA Athlete of the Week on Nov. 21
• Garnered USTFCCCA All-Academic awards and was a UAA All-Academic selection in the fall
• Chosen as a Lysle ‘Spike’ Garnish Scholar
• Recipient of the Louis Alexander Alumni Award from the Department of Athletics and Recreation in the spring

2021
• Was one of Rochester’s top runners as a junior, continuing strong progression by qualifying for the NCAA Division III Championships where he placed 195th in a career-best 8k time of 25:26.9
• Ran six total events, being UR’s first or second runner in every race
• Earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors after placing 11th of 159 runners at the NCAA Niagara Region Championship
• Was 3rd at the Roberts Wesleyan Harry Anderson Invitational
• Finished 12th of 313 at the Rowan Border Battle and ended 26th at the UAA Championship
• Average finish of 45.83 and W/L percentage of 79% during the year
• Named UAA Athlete of the Week on Sep. 27
• Earned conference All-Academic honors from the UAA in the fall.

2020
• UAA All-Academic selection
• Earned 1st Team Academic All-District honors from CoSIDA.

2019
• Ran in one race during rookie campaign
• Finished 67th of 229 runners at the UR Yellowjacket Invitational, crossing the finish in 27:50.2.
