Paolo Fridman

Paolo Fridman joined the Virginia Athletics Foundation in July of 2024 after serving two years with UVA athletics administration. He Prior to his time at Virginia, Paolo worked in Athens, Ohio with Ohio University as a Facility and Operations assistant, as well as working with AECOM Center for Sports Administration as Co-Director of the AECOM Annual Fund. Fridman graduated from Xavier University in 2020 with a degree in Business Administration in Management. While at Xavier, Fridman worked as a Development intern with their athletics program and as a Program Assistant for Equipment with Xavier’s basketball team. Fridman then went on to pursue his Master’s in Sports Administration at Ohio University, where he also worked in their Ohio Bobcat Club as a Development assistant and a Facility and Operations assistant.
