Paolo Fridman joined the Virginia Athletics Foundation in August 2024. He serves as the Assistant Director of Development Operations & Special Projects.
Prior to joining the VAF, Paolo worked as the Assistant to Athletics Administration at UVA from July 2022 to July 2024. In this role, he supported Deputy Athletic Directors and worked closely with the Executive Team.
Paolo earned his Master’s in Sport Administration from Ohio University and Bachelor’s in Management from Xavier University. While at Ohio University, he oversaw his program’s annual fund. At Xavier, Paolo served as a manager for the men’s basketball team.
In his free time, Paolo enjoys volunteering, working at major sporting events such as the Super Bowl and NFL Draft, and reading Sports Business Journal.
