CHARLOTTESVILLE – The University of Virginia men’s basketball teamplays Gonzaga University at The Pyramid in Memphis, Tenn., on Friday (March16) in the first round of the NCAA Basketball Tournament. The game isscheduled to begin at 11:25 a.m. Central time (12:25 p.m. Eastern time).

The Virginia athletic ticket office is taking applications for alimited number of tickets. Applications will be accepted by telephone bycalling 1-800-542-UVA1 or in person at the athletic ticket office locatedin Bryant Hall at the Carl Smith Center, home of David A. Harrison IIIField at Scott Stadium. Ticket priority will go to Virginia Student AidFoundation (VSAF) members. Tickets are $40 and are available only forVirginia’s session.
