Driscoll and Marino on Canadian Tour

Former University of Virginia golfers James Driscoll (’00) and Steve Marino(’02) both earned a paycheck in the Canadian Professional Golf Tour’sseason opening event in Austin, Texas over the weekend. Driscoll finishedtied for sixth after rounds of 68-68-69-70 and earned $5,175 in theTravelTex.com Canadian Tour Classic played at the Barton Creek C.C.Cliffside Course. Marino earned $300 after finishing tied for 68th withrounds of 69-71-75-78. Both players have fully exempt status on theCanadian Tour in 2003. Driscoll finished 25th on the Canadian Tour’s Orderof Merit in 2002, while Marino recently finished runnerup in the Tour’s2003 Qualifying School.
