Wigger Ousted in Close Match at North and South

Pinehurst, NC – Virginia senior golfer Leah Wigger was eliminated from the 104th North and Amateur Championship in Pinehurst, N.C. during the second round of match play. Wigger fell to Jenny Suh 1-up.

Wigger had won her first-round match play contest after completing the 36-hole stroke play portion of the contest in 13th place.

The North and South runs concludes Sunday in Pinehurst.
