Baseball Announces Schedule Changes for Feb. 29-March 2

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. The Virginia baseball team’s schedule for its games with Cornell and Siena over the weekend of Feb. 29-March 2 has been altered.
Virginia will now play Siena at 4 p.m. Friday after the Saints and Cornell face off at noon. Saturday, the Cavaliers will play two games, taking on Cornell at noon and Siena at 3 p.m. Sunday, Cornell and Siena play at 11 a.m., followed by the Big Red and Cavaliers at 3 p.m.
General Admission tickets are still available for the games and are $7 for adults and $5 for youth, seniors, faculty and staff. One ticket gains admission to both games of the doubleheader each day. Tickets may be purchased by logging on to VirginiaSports.com or by calling the Virginia Athletics Ticket Office at (800) 542-8821. Fans also may purchase tickets at the ticket booth at Davenport Field beginning two hours prior to the first game each day.
Season ticket holders may use either of the tickets for the Sunday game provided as part of their season ticket booklet. The tickets provided in the booklet for the Friday and Saturday games will now be valid for both games to be played on those days.
Parking will be available at the University Hall, John Paul Jones Arena and Emmet-Ivy Garage lots on Friday and Saturday. Sunday, baseball parking will be limited to the University Hall lot because of the women’s basketball game vs. Georgia Tech that afternoon.
