Virginia Men's Basketball ACC Ticket Package On Sale

CHARLOTTESVILLE—A ticket package for admission to each of the Virginia men’s basketball team’s eight home Atlantic Coast Conference games during the 2009-10 season goes on sale beginning Friday (Oct. 2) at 9 a.m. exclusively on VirginiaSports.com. Telephone and ticket window sales of the package begin on Monday (Oct. 5) at 9 a.m.

The ACC Package costs $255 and includes tickets for each of Virginia’s eight ACC home games. The Cavaliers host Georgia Tech (Jan. 13), Miami (Jan. 16), Virginia Tech (Jan. 28), NC State (Feb. 3), Wake Forest (Feb. 6), Florida State (Feb. 17), Duke (Feb. 28) and Maryland (March 6) during the 2009-10 season. Tickets in the package will be assigned in the upper half of 300 level sections in the corners and behind the basket at the west end of John Paul Jones Arena.

Season tickets for Virginia’s entire 17-game home schedule remain available for $405. UVa faculty and staff may purchase up to four season tickets at the discounted price of $324 each.

Fans may purchase tickets by calling the Virginia athletics ticket office at 1-800-542-8821 or 434/924-8821 weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tickets may also be purchased in person by visiting the athletics ticket office in Bryant Hall at Scott Stadium weekdays between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
