CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The WINA AM 1070 radio broadcast for each of Virginia’s 2010 NCAA Charlottesville Regional games will be available to fans for free online at VirginiaSports.com through V-Pass. The “Voice of the Cavaliers,” Dave Koehn, will call the action along with Michael Bisceglia of WINA and the Virginia Sports Network.

There are three places on the home page of ViriginiaSports.com to access the free live audio stream: from the main schedule area at the bottom of the page, from the “Live Audio” link below the latest news area or within the Fan Zone link at the top of the home page. The live audio stream for each game will be available just before first pitch.

The Cavaliers open the 2010 NCAA Charlottesville Regional on Friday at 4 p.m. against VCU. For more information on the Charlottesville Regional and the tournament bracket, visit the NCAA Charlottesville Regional Central page.

Fans in Charlottesville and Richmond can also listen to Virginia’s games in the Charlottesville Regional live on the radio. AM 1070 WINA in Charlottesville will carry every Virginia game live. Friday’s Virginia-VCU game can be heard through VCU’s affiliate in Richmond-WXGI AM 950. The Virginia broadcast will be available in Richmond on Saturday, June 5 on WRVA AM 1140. If UVa plays in the 6 p.m. game on Sunday, June 6, the game will once again be heard on WRVA AM 1140 in Richmond. If there is a final game in the Charlottesville Regional on Monday, June 7, WRNL AM 910 will carry Virginia’s broadcast live.
