CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Virginia athletics’ Harrison Cluff has been nominated for an Emmy award for his work as producer, editor and videographer of “The Distant Goal” – a segment which covered the Virginia men’s soccer program and highlighted forward Chris Agorsor.

The nominees were announced May 10 at the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Nomination Party in Alexandria, Va. The program was selected as one of three nominations from a pool of 15 entries in the Sports Program Feature category. Other nominees in the category include “Game Time: Casey Rabach” and “The Ten Skins Commandments,” both of which aired on the Redskins Broadcast Network.

Emmy winners in each of the 62 categories will be announced at the 52nd Annual Emmy Awards Gold and Silver Circle Ceremony to be held at the Ritz Carlton in Washington, D.C., on June 5.
