CHARLOTTESVILLE – The Virginia men’s tennis team concluded play in its first tournament of the fall on Sunday at the UVa Ranked+1 Invitational. Jarmere Jenkins (College Park, Ga.) won a pair of titles, taking the orange singles and orange doubles draws.

In singles, Jenkins defeated Roy Kalmanovich of Illinois in the final, 6-2, 6-2. In doubles, Jenkins and Julen Uriguen (Guatemala City, Guatemala) won their final over Maros Horny and John Collins of Maryland, 9-8.

Other singles flight champions were Mex Wennakoski of VCU in the blue singles draw and Vlad Stefan of Maryland in the white singles draw. Other doubles champions were Jose Hernandez and Brennan Boyajian of North Carolina in blue doubles and Andrew Carter and Sebastian Stiefelmayer of Louisville in white doubles.
