CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Virginia wrestling program’s incoming recruiting class for the 2012-13 season has been ranked 12th nationally by Wrestling Insider Newsmagazine (WIN) in the publication’s early recruiting rankings.

This marks the seventh straight Top-25 recruiting class that Virginia head coach Steve Garland has reeled in since taking over the reins of the program in 2005.

The nine-man class for 2012-13 consists of: George DiCamillo (Highland Heights, Ohio/St. Ignatius), Nick Herrmann (Amarillo, Texas/Tascosa), Cameron King (Trinity, N.C./Trininty), Will Mason (Virginia Beach, Va./Cape Henry Collegiate School), Dustin Roemer (Pinehurst, N.C./Pinecrest), James Suvak (Parma Heights, Ohio/St. Edward’s), Justin Van Hoose (Kirksville, Mo./Kirksville), Zach Watson (Chattanooga, Tenn./Baylor) and Chris Yankowich (Norristown, Pa./Germantown Academy).
