Full 2012 Senior Bowl All-Futures Team

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – Virginia senior offensive tackle Oday Aboushi was named to the Senior Bowl’s inaugural all-futures team. The squad represents the Senior Bowl’s All-America team and is based on college career and NFL potential. Six of the 24-member team hail from the ACC. Mike Glennon (NC State), Jonathan Cooper (North Carolina), Dustin Hopkins (Florida State), Tank Carradine (Florida State) and Sylvester Williams (North Carolina) join Aboushi.

Aboushi (Brooklyn, N.Y.) earned an early selection to the 2013 Senior Bowl roster, an honor as one of the top players in the country at his position. Aboushi, a first-team All-ACC honoree, graded out over 90 percent in all 12 games, including 97 percent against Miami and 94 percent against Penn State – UVa’s two come-from-behind victories that included game-winning TD drives in the closing minutes. He averaged 10+ knockdown blocks per game. A second-team All-ACC pick in 2011, Aboushi was also named the Touchdown Club of Richmond’s Offensive Lineman of the Year.
