Virginia-East Carolina Series Schedule Altered

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The weekend schedule has been altered for the season-opening series between the Virginia baseball team and East Carolina, slated for Friday through Sunday (Feb. 13-15) at Clark-LeClair Stadium in Greenville, N.C.

Because of the potential for inclement weather Sunday, the teams will play a doubleheader beginning at noon Saturday. The second game will start approximately 45 minutes following the conclusion of the first contest.

The Friday game remains unchanged and will start at 3 p.m.

Individuals that purchased Sunday game ticket(s) will be able to use those for entry into both games of the doubleheader. Tickets can be purchased in advance on line at ECUPirates.com or at the Clark-LeClair Ticket Office starting at 1:30 p.m. Friday.

Revised Weekend Schedule
Game 1: Friday, Feb. 13 (3 p.m.)
Game 2: Saturday, Feb. 14 (Noon)
Game 3: Saturday, Feb. 14 (approximately 45 minutes after first Saturday game)
