Harris Named to All-ACC Academic Softball Team

GREENSBORO, N.C.-Virginia softball graduated senior Megan Harris has been named to the 2015 All-ACC Academic Softball Team, the conference announced Tuesday (June 23).

Harris (Knoxville, Tenn.) started 42 games for the Cavaliers in the outfield, hitting .263 with five home runs, 21 RBI and a team-leading five triples. She hit a two-run home run in her final at-bat in a Cavalier uniform at Syracuse on April 26.

Harris was honored on the 2013 All-ACC Academic Team and is a two-time NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete.
