CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.-Seven members of the Virginia track and field program have been named All-Americans by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association for the indoor season.

Junior Henry Wynne (Westport, Conn.) and redshirt-sophomore Filip Mihaljevic (Livno, Bosnia and Herzegovina) earned first-team honors, while graduate student Iona Lake (Norwich, England), junior Nathan Kiley (Chantilly, Va.), sophomore Kenneth Hagen (Blacksburg, Va.) and freshmen Robby Keough (Atlanta, Ga.) and Matthew Novak (Glen Allen, Va.) took home second-team honors.

Wynne captured the NCAA title in the men’s mile, while Mihaljevic was the NCAA runner-up in the men’s shot put. The duo led UVA to a tie for eighth place, which is the Cavaliers’ highest NCAA finish in program history.
