The #UVAVB team spent their off day on Sunday working with Special Olympics athletes, helping them improve their volleyball skills.

This was a big reunion weekend for former Cavaliers in the NFL. The schedule featured not one but two match-ups between Virginia alums. Anthony Harris and Oday Aboushi faced one another in the Texans/Vikings game while Brent Urbam and Morgan Moses were on opposite sides of the Redskins/Ravens game.

How I Spent My Off Week by Taquan Mizzell

The #UVAFB team had a bye week in their schedule. Taquan “Smoke” Mizzell and several other plays used the opportunity to try new things, such as riding horses at head coach Bronco Mendenhall’s home.
